What is Eye Care 4 Us ?
EyeCare4Us is a free program for Windows, aimed at protecting eyes from computers, it shows us a window to remind us to take a break after a period of staying working in a computer, When it’s time to rest your eyes away from the computer monitor, the program will play a rain sound to relax and show us pictures with relaxing landscapes, When the time to rest the eyes and the eyes gymnastics have finished, the program will be minimized in the Windows system tray and the rain sound will stop
EyeCareForUs works well on Windows with .NET Framework 4.0 installed, just download the installer on your computer and double click on the msi file to run the wizard that will guide you until the installation. Once installed the program, we can double-click the icon installed on the Windows desktop to run the application
How to use Eye Care 4 Us ?
Use the program when you go to use the computer for more than 2 hours, as the program is running on Windows, we have the following options for protecting our sight
20-20-20: This mode is to work 20 minutes, then take a break of 20 seconds looking at a fixed object about 20 feet away . This is the method recommended by opticians at the time of being in front of the computer.
Custome: With this mode you can specify the time that you think will suit your needs.

Tips to take care your eyes when using the computer
To rest; cover your eyes with your hands and open them to look at the dark. This relaxes the eye more than just close them. Another exercise you can use is to toggle the view between a near and a far object.
Set the brightness of the monitor to a minimum with which you feel comfortable. To counter, put the contrast as much as possible with which you feel comfortable.

Make sure there is enough light. Much better if it is natural. But have in mind that too much light can be harmful.
